The Friendly Hill Real Estate Development Fund specializes in the development of residential and mixed-use buildings in the Bay Area. The fund has two projects under the development: 1) The 950 Tennessee (950 Tennessee St, San Francisco, CA 94107), which is located in the San Francisco Dogpatch Neighborhood, is a 4-story, 100-unit condominium building. 2) The 360 Fifth (360 5th St, San Francisco, CA 94107), which is located in the San Francisco SoMa area, is an 8-story plus 5 story, 127 units residential apartment buildings.
